Kyle A. Pinkerton is a respected and seasoned attorney, who has been licensed in Texas since 1989. His practice has focused primarily in family law, including divorce, custody, child support, adoption, and CPS matters. He also has handled general civil matters, including personal injury from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives, contract cases, corporate matters, and also criminal law. He has extensive experience in mediations and trials throughout his career, as well as being a skilled negotiator.
Kyle grew up in the greater Houston area. He graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelors Degree with honors in English in 1984, and from Mississippi College School of Law in 1987, having been an Associate Editor for the Law Review, and was also published in the Law Review. He is licensed in all state courts of the State of Texas, and the Federal District Courts for the Southern District of Texas.
